Olayinka Osuntogun is an experienced Nursing Consultant and Operational Excellence Expert . A seasoned registered nurse and midwife of over 40years.
She obtained Nursing and Midwifery Degrees from School of Nursing and Midwifery in Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi - Araba Lagos, before proceeding to the University of Ibadan to obtain BSc Nursing specialising in Education, graduating with a second class upper division.

She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Southbank University

London, and MSc in Management from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom.

A member of the National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives, and member of Ohio Board of Nursing, Ohio USA.

Olayinka is an accomplished public speaker and the Founder and Managing Director of ChrisGloria Nursing Agency which was set up in 2008. This Agency provides nursing home care services for people in the environment of their choice. Olayinka is passionate about nursing and committed to raising nursing practice standards and professionalism in Nigeria to heights comparable with international standards.

She is a driver of excellence who believes in professional approach to work at all levels and building individuals through Soft Skills Training. She presently serves in advisory capacity to several reputable health institutions.

Her contributions have been recognised in some publications, which include Women in Business in 2011 (WIMBIZ) and Women Working for Women Publication. An award winner at the 2019 PEOPLE AND POWER National Awards For Women Merit Gold Award In Home-Care Nursing Service In Nigeria.
