With almost two decades of experience in the fast-paced financial industry, Biodun has established himself as a Powerhouse, an Innovative leader and Advisor with expertise in the areas of Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Investment Banking, Capital Raising, Customer Conversion & Retention, Business Development, Effective Team Leadership and Customer Loyalty.

In his current role as Managing Director of Griffin Finance Ltd (a subsidiary of Vetiva Capital Management Ltd) Biodun provides strategic leadership to the finance house business whilst coordinating the activities

of the high-performing teams of the firm to exceed expectations of all stakeholders.

He also doubles as Director, Group Sales at Vetiva Capital Management Ltd (one of the leading investment banks in Nigeria) where he leads business origination drive across its 5 subsidiaries. He also provides strategic leadership to the institutional & retail sales teams in Lagos and Abuja.

He is an alumnus of The Wharton Business School's Executive Management program and holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands.

He is a Chartered banker with Chartered Institute of Bankers, also a Chartered Marketing Executive with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK; Biodun is also a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration and holds a first degree in Statistics from Ogun State University.

He has worked in various leadership capacities with two of the top financial institutionin Nigeria (GTBank & Access Bank), his delegation traversed Corporate & Investment banking, Small and Medium Enterprise banking (SME) banking, banking operations and retail banking.

He is a well-rounded banking executive with expertise in financial advisory to top and middle market companies, assets and working capital financing, global trade facilitation and credit analysis.
