Dr. Simisola Ailemoh is a specialist in Administrative medicine, Business Analysis, and soft skill training, with a strong background in managed care. A medical graduate from the Latin American School of Medicine, Havana, Cuba, with an MBA specialized in healthcare management from York St John University, London.
Dr Ailemoh has attended several trainings and certification courses in business analysis,
managed care, administrative medicine, business presentations and training, and customer experience.
A seasoned business leader with proven experience in leading teams to achieving critical targets, Dr. Ailemoh has over 13 years of experience working in various sectors of the medical industry across Nigeria.
She is an expert in requirement gathering and elicitation, process mapping and improvement, and stakeholder management to generally improve business processes and efficiency.
Dr. Ailemoh began her Medical Administration career in 2010 after several years of clinical practice. She started off with Zenith Medicare as a claims administrator and customer service personnel and then moved on to lead the start-up team at Ives Medicare HMO. From there, she went into hospital administration and worked as the Managed Care Manager for the EKO Hospitals after which she was poached to Wellness Healthcare Group to head the Medical Services and Operations at all levels.
Dr Ailemoh currently serves as a business and healthcare consultant for Harley and Wall Business and Healthcare Consulting. She also works as director, client service and operations at Birdrock Health Ltd.
