Ayodeji Bello is a Principal Consultant with Harley and Wall Consulting International with over a 15 years of experience that spans across various sectors of the economy from Oil and Gas, Business Consultancy, Banking, and Real Estates. As a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager in Wema Bank, she on-boarded and managed several key accounts and generated trade transactions of hundreds of million dollars, thereby increasing the bottom line and balance sheet size of the Bank.

She was actively involved in setting up new service excellence culture in her capacity as Head, Customer Services in various branches of Fidelity Bank and was part of a team that set up and operationalized a new branch that broke even in two months as a Relationship Manager with Fidelity Bank Plc.

She has vast knowledge in Banking Operations, Business Development and Sales having served in various units of the bank. Ayodeji's sojourn in the Oil & Gas industry with Aquitane Oil & Gas saw her achieve great feats in winning new businesses and breaking barriers using innovative strategies. She is a marketing expert with strong background in Customer service, Banking, operations management, Real estate development and Oil and Gas services and has received various awards and recognitions for her exceptional delivery in the Banking and Oil and Gas industries.

She is a graduate of Microbiology from the University of Lagos and holds an MBA (Global) from the London School of Business and Finance, United Kingdom.

She has attended several trainings and certifications in Customer Service, Oil & Gas, Banking, Finance and Leadership programmes. Ayodeji is a business enthusiast and seats on the Board of Gas Arena Nigeria Limited, Nigeria's 1st online and offline gas delivery company as an Executive Director, she also manages several other businesses. She brings to bear a tremendous strategic insight as Principal Consultant- Corporate.
